Well, another week has flown by which means it’s time for another intriguing post which I hope will give you some value on your journey or as you start your journey in Affiliate marketing. If this is your first time stopping by or you’re returning for another visit Welcome to My Little Corner of the Web!
Over this last week I have been working on creating a Lead Magnet for the start of a Face Book Lead Ad campaign. I started out with the idea like many of the FB Lead Ads that are currently running have done, create a listing or check list for starting and running an online affiliate marketing business.
As I was working on creating the cover page for this list it dawned on me that throughout my journey, I had clicked on many of these type ads. I clicked on these ads because I was looking for some answers that would serve me in my starting and running an online affiliate marketing business.
I wasn’t just looking for a listing of things to do, I wanted to know why I would want to be doing these things which were being listed. Even though so many of the cover pages for the ads I was clicking on were attractive and intriguing once I downloaded them, I found them to be extremely vague. I remembered how I felt disappointed and wondered if the information even existed. This type of experience isn’t what I wanted to offer my audience!
Then I remembered,
WII-FM Radio the station that Rocks for Affiliate Marketers!
Ever get stuck flipping through radio stations, nothing quite catching your ear? You want something that resonates, something that speaks to you. That’s exactly what listeners crave in affiliate marketing as well.
This is when we have to flip the dial to WII-FM Radio, the station where the hottest tracks are all about What’s In It For Me (WII-FM) blasts 24/7.
The core meaning of this radio station (WII-FM) should be a constant reminder for us, of what our audience is trying to discover and out there waiting for the answers to. This principle is even more crucial in the world of affiliate marketing, where our audience, the listener, holds the ultimate power – the click.
Now, you might be thinking, “What’s In It For Me – WII-FM? Isn’t that a bit selfish?” Not at all! In the world of affiliate marketing, understanding our audience’s WII-FM is crucial.
Imagine this: You’re cruising down the highway, windows down. Suddenly, a booming voice cuts through the static. “This is WII-FM Radio, your one-stop shop for valuable tips and tricks to keep the needle moving throughout your affiliate marketing journey!” Intrigued, you crank the volume. The DJ starts rattling off 5 Do’s and Don’ts that answer some of the problems you’ve been going through. He even throws in a free guide that outlines and explains these 5 Do’s and Don’ts! Now you’re hooked.
That’s the power of WII-FM in affiliate marketing. Here’s how it benefits us as affiliate marketers:
- It Boosts Engagement, when we connect with our audience’s WII-FM, we grab their attention. Andy Thanks for your kind words, it is essential to remember your audiences needs and wants at all times.
It’s always important when we’re trying to engage people (and we want them to listen to us), to think about why would they listen to us – then of course we’re going to have to consider what’s in it for them. If we aren’t offering them something that’s of value to them, why would we ever expect them to stick around?
Nathan, Thanks for reading my post. You are right on!
